HRD Corp (the Human Resource Development Corporation) runs Malaysia's national training levy under the PSMB Act. Registered employers contribute a monthly levy based on their payroll, and can reclaim the cost of approved training delivered by registered providers. Because SOLS smart is a registered HRD Corp training provider, employers can put their levy towards our programmes instead of letting it sit unused, effectively training their teams at little or no net cost.

Our team gives your HR department the course details, Programme Number, and quotation needed to apply for the HRD Corp grant through the e-TRiS system.
You submit the application to HRD Corp before the training start date and receive an approved grant, subject to your available levy balance.
We deliver the training. Afterwards you submit the claim with attendance and completion records, and HRD Corp disburses the approved amount.
