Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using our website or engaging our training services.

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SOLS smart website (solssmart.com), our training programmes, and related services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. About SOLS smart

SOLS smart is a subsidiary of the SOLS 24/7 Group, providing government and corporate training services in Malaysia. Our registered office is at 1Petaling Commerz & Residential Condos, Level 1, Units 1 to 17, Jalan 1C/149, Off Jalan Sungai Besi, 57100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

3. Training Services

3.1 Programme Enrolment

Enrolment in our training programmes is subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to decline enrolment at our discretion. All programme details, including dates, venues, and content, are subject to change with reasonable notice.

3.2 HRD Corp Claims

SOLS smart is a registered HRD Corp (formerly HRDF) training provider. Employers may claim training costs under the HRD Corp levy, subject to HRD Corp's own terms and approval processes. SOLS smart does not guarantee the approval of any HRD Corp claims.

3.3 Certificates

Certificates of completion are issued upon successful completion of a programme, as determined by the programme requirements. Certificates are non-transferable and represent attendance and participation only, unless otherwise stated.

4. Quotations & Payment

  • All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment terms are as specified in the invoice or agreement. Standard payment terms are 14 days from invoice date.
  • All fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are subject to applicable taxes.
  • Late payments may incur an administrative charge at our discretion.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the programme start date will receive a full refund or credit.
  • Cancellations made 7–14 days before the programme start date may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the programme start date, or no-shows, will not be eligible for refund.
  • SOLS smart reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a programme due to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All training materials, course content, documentation, and proprietary methodologies provided by SOLS smart are protected by intellectual property laws. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from these materials without our prior written consent.

7. Use of Website

  • You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.
  • You may not use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or extract data from this website without our express permission.
  • We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information on our website, but do not guarantee that all content is error-free or up to date.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, SOLS smart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific programme or service in question.

9. Data Protection

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

10. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only, and we are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

SOLS smart reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
